2. How much time should I spend at the Terracotta Warriors site?
The Terracotta Warriors site typically requires around 2 to 3 hours to explore fully. Here’s a more detailed breakdown of your visit:
Pit 1: This is the largest and most impressive pit, housing thousands of life-sized warriors. It will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to walk around and take in all the details.
Pit 2 & Pit 3: These pits are smaller, but they still offer fascinating insights into the warriors’ arrangement and the ongoing excavation process. Plan for around 30 to 45 minutes for both.

The weather in Xi'an is pleasant all year round. The best time to visit Xi'an is in spring (Mar.-May) and autumn (Sept.-Nov.) with its mild temperature.
