DAY 3 Beijing--Xian by Bullet Train

After a delicious breakfast, your guide will meet you at your hotel and transfer you to the Mutianyu Great Wall, about 1.5 hours away.

The Great Wall of Beijing, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, is a must-see. You’ll visit the less-crowded Mutianyu Section, known for its beauty and history. Your expert guide will share fascinating stories about the Wall’s construction and its role in protecting the capital and imperial tombs. As you walk along this preserved section, your guide will highlight key landmarks and historical details, enhancing your visit. Mutianyu offers stunning views of forests and changing landscapes. Your guide will suggest the best spots for photos and provide tips on how to make the most of your visit, ensuring a memorable and informative experience.

After a delicious lunch, you will be transferred to Beijing's train station for your high-speed bullet train to Xi'an, with a travel time of approximately 5 hours. Upon your arrival, your Xi'an tour guide will be waiting for you at the train station exit, holding a clear "Your Way holiday" sign, making it easy for you to spot them. Afterward, you'll be transferred to your hotel, where you can relax and unwind after your journey.

DAY 4 Xian

Your tour will start with a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, located about an hour's drive from downtown Xi'an. The Terracotta Warriors, known as "the Eight Wonders of the World," are one of the most significant archaeological discoveries of the 20th century. The museum showcases a high level of craftsmanship, with over 179 burial pits discovered to date. These pits reveal crucial insights into the burial system of the Qin Dynasty, with none of them having been damaged by fire. Muslim Quarter is a place distinct for its delicious food and Islamic culture, with a history of more than 1000 years. The street is paved by gray flagstone and the buildings are of Ming style. About 2000 years ago in the Han Dynasty after the opening of Silk Road, Changan welcomed the first Muslims: Muslim businessmen, envoys, and students. The food in the street is of north and west flavor, in which crude pancake in mutton soup, cold rice noodles, Chinese hamburger, Qishan noodles are famous Shaanxi food.Besides, there are other local flavors: Xi’an small cakes, Shaanxi pasta, Rice cake, etc. And in the street, most are beef and mutton products, in which the roast beef is especially delicious.

After your day of exploration, the evening will begin with a visit to the Shaanxi Grand Opera House around 6:00 PM, where your guide will help you find your seat for the Dumpling Banquet. This isn’t just any meal—it’s a delightful experience centered around Jiaozi, or Chinese dumplings, one of the country's most beloved foods. With nearly 20 different varieties, each dumpling is filled with a combination of fresh vegetables, meats, and seafood. DAY 5 Xian--Shanghai by Flight

In the morning, your tour guide will take you to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a Buddhist landmark in southern Xi'an. Built in 652 during the Tang dynasty, it originally had five stories and was later rebuilt in 704 by Empress Wu Zetian. Renovations during the Ming dynasty gave it its current look. A key cultural relic, the pagoda is famous for housing Buddhist sutras and statues brought from India by the renowned monk Xuanzang.
