Your first stop will be the iconic Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Built in 652 during the Tang Dynasty, this impressive pagoda originally had five stories and was later expanded under Empress Wu Zetian's reign. As our guide shares fascinating stories of its history, you'll learn how the pagoda was designed to house Buddhist scriptures and figurines brought back from India by the legendary monk and traveler, Xuanzang. The guide will also point out unique architectural features, including the stunning brick facade that was renovated during the Ming Dynasty.

In the afternoon, we’ll head to the iconic Xi'an Ancient City Wall, the most complete surviving city wall in China and one of the largest ancient military defense systems in the world. As you explore, our guide will explain how the wall served as a protective barrier, marking the division between the ancient inner and outer city. Standing tall, long, and thick, the wall offers incredible views and historical insight, with the South Gate and North Gate acting as key entrances to the inner city.

Originally built in 1380 during the Ming dynasty and renovated during the Qing dynasty, this towering structure was used to announce the time to the city's residents. Kids will love climbing to the top of the tower, where they can enjoy stunning views of Xi’an’s historic center. As you explore, our guide will bring history to life with engaging stories about the tower’s importance, and its role in the daily life of ancient Xi’an. The Drum Tower is also a prime spot for a family photo, with its beautifully preserved traditional architecture.

Next, we’ll visit the famous Muslim Quarter, a lively neighborhood rich in culture and history. The streets are bustling with vendors selling everything from silk scarves to handmade crafts like delicate paper cuts, making it a fun and vibrant place for families to explore.
