Day 1 Arrive in Xi'an from Beijing by Bullet Train

In the morning, your Beijing driver will greet you at your hotel lobby and transfer you to the train station for your train to Xi'an, which takes approximately 5.5 hours.

Upon arrival in Xi'an, your friendly, English-speaking guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the train station with a "Your Way Holiday" welcome sign. After a warm greeting, your guide will escort you to your hotel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transfer. The rest of the day is free for you to explore at your leisure, with your guide available for any questions or recommendations.

Day 2 Xi'an

Pick you up at your hotel in Xian by our local tour guide, and your Xian tour will start with Terracotta Army.

The Terracotta Army in Xian, is a super large collection of life-size terra cotta sculptures in battle formations, reproducing the mega imperial guard troops of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of the first unified dynasty of Imperial China. Beijing the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century and a UNESCO world Heritage Site, the Terra-cotta Army is no doubt a must-see for every visitor to Xian. The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum is now a live museum, showing the life stories of the emperor and the once powerful Qin Empire in those days of Pomp and vigor.

After the visit of Terra-cotta Army, drive you back to Xian downtown. And you'll head for Muslim Quarter. 

Behind the Drum Tower is the famous Muslim Quarter, which is one of most busy place in Xian. Xian, as the start point of the Silk Road, attracted traders from West since ancient time and became the largest city in the world. The ancestors of these Muslims dwelled in Xian with Han people harmoniously and built Great Mosque for worship simultaneously. Muslim Quarter is a fascinating place where you can find exotic food, interesting people and various of souvenir stalls. Here you won't fell regretted for the snacks of Xian. Crumbled Unleavened Bread in Mutton Stew (Yangrou Paomo) is a very distinctive snack of Xian, and is extremely delicious. Fried rice with pickled Chinese cabbage and little capsicum is extremely savoury. And it is a real enjoyment for you to eat it on a hot summer's day. Roast beef, mutton or lamb is another snack that can make your mouth water. After broiling on a charcoal fire with some flavorings on the meat, it is ready for you to enjoy. While the most famous snack on this street is the steamed stuffed bun of Jiasan.

Drive you back to your hotel in Xian and today your tour ends.

Day 3 Xi'an

After breakfast, your professional guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and escort you to the Xi'an Ancient City Wall, a historical landmark with stunning views of the city. Here, you'll enjoy a private Taiji Boxing lesson with an experienced instructor. Your guide will explain the history and benefits of Taiji, a practice that improves balance, flexibility, and mental focus.

During the lesson, you'll learn basic movements and breathing techniques, with your instructor guiding you through each step. Along the way, you may spot locals practicing Taiji in the open, adding a local touch to your experience. Afterward, your guide will provide more insights into the cultural and health benefits of Taiji.

Next, your guide will take you to the Xi'an Ancient City Wall, one of the oldest, largest, and best-preserved city walls in China. With a history dating back to the Tang Dynasty, the City Wall offers a glimpse into ancient fortifications, showcasing the "complete features of rampart architecture from feudal society." Stretching over 14 km and standing 12 meters high, the wall has been a National Historical and Cultural Heritage site since 1961. Your guide will provide fascinating insights into the history, significance, and strategic importance of the wall, making it one of the top attractions in Xi'an.

Continue your tour to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a symbol of Xi'an’s Buddhist heritage. This iconic structure, also known as the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, boasts rich Buddhist culture and profound historical connections. It was once home to sacred sutras and figurines brought to China by the famous Buddhist traveler Xuanzang. As you explore, your guide will share the story of Xuanzang’s journey and explain how the pagoda is regarded as both a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture and a vital site for welcoming foreign dignitaries. Throughout the day, your guide will provide in-depth knowledge of each location, offering historical context and answering any questions you may have, ensuring a deeper understanding of Xi'an's cultural heritage.

Day 4 Xian--Beijing by Bullet Train

Today is free on your own until your driver take you to the Beijing train statin, and you return Beijing. When you arrive in Beijing, your Beijing driver will escort you to your hotel immediately. Your 4 days Beijing to Xian tour comes to the ends.
