How to reservation a Tour with Us?

Make a reservation for your Xian Trip/China Tours
Feel on your own go through our webist (xianprivatetour.com) and selected the tour or travel service that you interested, such as Xian day tours, Terracotta Warrior Tours, Silk Road Tours from Xian, Xian Tour Guide & Interpreter Service, Car rental service... please clik the "Inquiry" and submit us the details like date, how many people(Adult, child)... Your tour request will be replied with details by our experienced travel consultants within one working day. If you enquire a tailor-made tour package, our consultant will send you the designed itinerary with price within one or two working days.

Confirmation:
After you confirm with your reservation and way of payment, you will receive a formal confirmation email from hangzhouprivatetour.com

Deposit:
10-30% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation. Details you will find in your conformation email.

Pay in cash upon arrival:
For some tours with small amount of money without any requirement of deposit, you can pay the tour fee in cash upon arrival to our tour guide. For the balance of your tour payment, you can also choose to pay in case upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be done through fax, mail, Phone calls /verbal. The cancellation must be made at least two days before departure.

Tour price
The price on on our Xian Private Tour website is "FROM" which means more people cheaper price. All the tour prices are quoted in RMB. We keep the rights to revise the price time to time. But once your reservation is confirmed, the price can not be changed.
